"Family Tragedy: Couple, 79 and 76, and Their 41-Year-Old Daughter Found Fatally Shot in Kansas Home"



 A devastating and tragic incident has shaken the community of Shawnee County, Kansas, after a couple and their adult daughter were found fatally shot in their home late Monday evening. The Shawnee County Sheriff's Office has identified the victims as Thomas R. Noble, 79, Ruth D. Noble, 76, and Kristin N. Noble, 41.


According to Deputy Abigail Christian, spokeswoman for the office of Sheriff Brian Hill, the sheriff's office responded to a call at the Noble residence in the 7800 block of S.E. Ratner Road, where they discovered the three victims deceased. Ruth Noble and Kristin Noble had sustained gunshot wounds, while Thomas Noble appeared to have suffered a single, self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.


The investigation into the incident is ongoing, but authorities have confirmed that they do not believe there is any threat to the public regarding Monday's shooting. The sheriff's office has released limited information about the deaths, citing the ongoing investigation.


Shawnee County Appraiser's office records show that Thomas and Ruth Noble co-owned the house at 7830 S.E. Ratner, where the tragic incident occurred. The community is still reeling from the shock of the incident, and friends and family of the victims are mourning their passing.
